Who we are

Snapline, a service of Neeka Studio Corp, provides websites, missed-call text back, and review management for contracting businesses. This policy covers joinsnapline.com and the phone and messaging services we operate for ourselves and our clients. Questions go to hello@joinsnapline.com.

What we collect

Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, and email. For phone lines we operate: call metadata (caller number, time, duration, outcome) and the content of text messages sent and received on those lines. We keep this as the service's record of activity for the business you contacted.

How we use it

To run the service: forwarding calls, sending a follow-up text when a call is missed, sending review requests on behalf of the business you hired, and showing that business its own call and message history. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently unless you opt back in.

Sharing

We use service providers (hosting, telephony) to operate the platform; they process data only on our instructions. Call and message records for a business's line are visible to that business. We disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To access or delete your information, email hello@joinsnapline.com.
